Pricing FAQ

A few honest answers.

Are there setup fees?

No. Every tier is month-to-month with no setup fee. Bespoke websites have a once-off design fee because someone has to actually design the thing.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. No contracts. If you cancel, we'll export your data in a human-readable format and close your account on your last billing date.

How does per-child pricing work?

We count active children on the 1st of each month. Child enrolled mid-month? Pro-rated. Child unenrolls? You stop paying for them the next cycle.

Do you offer discounts for bigger schools?

Yes. Volume discounts kick in at 100+ children. Chat to us for a custom quote.

What about payment collection?

Parents see their invoices in-app but pay via your school's existing channels (EFT, cash, whatever). In Q3 2026 we'll add Stripe / PayFast integration for online payment via the web portal (never the app, since Apple & Google would take 30%).

Do we have to pay in Rands?

Yes. We're priced in ZAR, billed in ZAR, and optimised for SA realities (load shedding, data costs, township connectivity). No fx surprises.
