A few honest answers.
Are there setup fees?
None for the app itself. It's month-to-month with no setup fee. The optional website add-on has a once-off R1,000 setup fee, and bespoke websites are quoted separately.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. No contracts. If you cancel, we'll export your data in a human-readable format and close your account on your last billing date.
How does pricing work?
One flat monthly price for your whole school, based on how many children are on your roll. Every feature and every user is included at every size. You never pay per parent or per teacher, and nothing is locked behind a higher tier.
Do you offer discounts for bigger schools?
Pricing already scales with size, so bigger schools pay less per child. Over 300 children? Chat to us for a custom quote.
What about payment collection?
Parents see their invoices in-app but pay via your school's existing channels (EFT, cash, whatever). In Q3 2026 we'll add Stripe / PayFast integration for online payment via the web portal (never the app, since Apple & Google would take 30%).
Do we have to pay in Rands?
Yes. We're priced in ZAR, billed in ZAR, and optimised for SA realities (load shedding, data costs, township connectivity). No fx surprises.
