Common questions.

Does it work without WiFi?

Yes. Wobble is offline-first. Teachers can log a whole day with no internet: writes queue locally and sync when you reconnect. The parent app also caches everything so recent data is always visible.

Is it POPIA compliant?

Yes. Designed for SA privacy law from day one. Per-child photo visibility, bounding-box blur for group photos, audit trails on every change, parent acknowledgements on incidents, and signed URLs for all media delivery.

Can I import existing data?

We can help migrate children, classes, and families from spreadsheets during onboarding. Historical daily logs from previous systems can be imported as cached reads if you want the continuity.

What does it cost per month?

See our pricing page. It's one flat monthly price for your whole school, based on how many children are on your roll, with every feature included, no modules to unlock.

Can teachers use it in Afrikaans?

Yes. Every string in both apps is fully translated. Teachers can pick their language in Profile → Settings. Zulu and Xhosa are on the roadmap.

How do parents install the app?

Parent downloads from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). When they first open the app, they type in the invite code from their school. No email, no password reset flows, just the code.

What about the school website?

We offer two tiers: a ready-made template (Wobble Sites) you can spin up on a subdomain, or a fully bespoke site designed for your brand. Both automatically pull live data from the Wobble app. Learn more.
